Our Certified Diversity Professionals and team of Community Partnership Specialists are available to engage with our community members.
Empath Health and its affiliates are members of the National Diversity Council, the National Hospice and Palliative Care’s Advisory Council and hold several certifications that ensure that we are utilizing best practices for care, outreach and creating an inclusive culture. Empath Health and its members are SAGE Platinum certified, in order to provide the best healthcare for LGBT+ elders. We understand that our focus and commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is beneficial to our staff members, patients, clients, participants, care partners and our community.
